Part-Time Customer Support

Department: Customer Service
Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Job Purpose

The role of the Customer Support Coordinator is to provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction for all Prizelogic client promotions. This is a flexible role that can offer 15-30 hours per week and allows remote/work from home once training is complete.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

The Customer Support Coordinator is responsible for some or all of the following:

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries across multiple channels in a timely and accurate manner

  • Interface with customers and internal team members to handle all consumer facing support functions

  • Serve as a support agent for both customers and clients

Qualifications:

Computer Proficiency in:

  • General competency in Microsoft Office Suite of Tools.

  • General Microsoft Windows usage

  • Advanced knowledge of Internet tools and browsers

Personal Characteristics

  • A successful candidate is a self-starter with a passion for assisting consumers with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Highly detail oriented

  • Positive attitude and the ability to demonstrate patience and politeness under all circumstances 

  • Great organizational skills

  • Must be willing to take responsibility, to work well as a team member and to work independently; ability to understand and follow directions and complex policies and procedures; ability to deal with confidential data

Experience

  • Previous customer interaction responsibility preferred
